Spectacular Oceanside View! Apartment Majkovica is a comfortable apartment that is perfect for a medium sized family or a group of friends traveling through Europe . Located in the elite section of Ploce in Dubrovnik , this apartment overlooks the majestic Adriatic Sea . As you walk in you can not help but feel right at home in this three bedroom one bath apartment. It is full of every comfort that you would ever want in your own home. It is air conditioned and heated in every room, and comes with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, washer and dryer, TV, and internet. It also has a large dining room table as well as a patio table for those summer meals outside. Walk out onto one of the two balconies and enjoy the view of Old Town Dubrovnik. The bedrooms have closets and twin size beds with the master bedroom having a comfortable king size bed. Once you are relaxed and are ready to pull yourself out of the comforts of the apartment you can make your way into Old Town Dubrovnik or you can swim at Banja Beach . A short ten minute walk from the apartment; it is only a mere two hundred meters. Once you make your way into the city, you will find plenty to do. There are also supermarkets close by if you want to cook at the apartment. Locals are always helpful and can make sure that you get what you need. This apartment is truly designed to be a home away from home.

Car Parking:

Parking is available above the apartment. However, it is first come first serve and during the summer months is not always easy to access.

Local Attractions:

The beach is a short 10 minute walk from the apartment. There is skin diving, waterskiing, kyaking, swimming, and parasailing available. Tour boats leave every half hour from Old Town and go to the Island of Locrum and Cavtat. There are also larger boats that go to the other islands in area. Dubrovnik has many speciality shops for shopping as well as historical museums. Night clubs open about 10:00pm and close at 5 am.

Getting There:

A taxi is the best way to reach the apartment from the airport. The owner will greet guests at "The Biker's Cafe" and then will show them how to come to the apartment. By car, take the Dubrovnik exit, go down to the stop light, turn left and follow the road until you come to a "Y" in the road and veer to the left. Go up about 200 meters and greet the owners at the "Biker's Cafe".

Cleanliness		The apartment was spacious and very well equipped. The location is very convenient for the local beach and is just a short walk to the city. The apartment made everything so easy- we could eat breakfast there, take home leftovers if we were out, have some TV entertainment while people are getting ready, the list goes on! Cleanliness		Apartment was extremely comfortable and clean with all the mod cons you could need. View from the large balcony was fantastic, we could happily have spent the holiday there! Liked the fact that the air conditioning had separate controls for each room. Excellent location, close to beach and Old Town, although steps from road to apartment were a struggle in the heat, but it's almost impossible to get away from steps in Dubrovnik. Would have appreciated a guest book, like we've had in other apartments, giving just very basic info like nearest supermarket, bakery etc and also other guests' recommendations for restaurants, shops, trips etc. Would definitely stay there again, highly recommended.
